Section 59(d) in U.P. Revenue Code (Amendment) Act, 2016
(d)every person who is allotted any land on or after the said date under the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Imposition of Ceiling on Land Holdings Act, 1960;".(ii)after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted, namely -
