Section 15(4) in The Paschim Banga Ayurvedic System Of Medicine Act, 1961
(4)The term of office of an elected member of the Karyaa Nirvahaka Samiti shall be two years from the date of his election, but, subject to his being a Member of the Parishad he shall be eligible for re-election to the Karyya Nirvahaka Samiti.
