Section 13A(4) in The Tamil Nadu Borstal Schools Act, 1925
(4)The provision of this Act shall apply to any person who is removed or transferred to a Borstal School in this State in pursuance of sub-section (1) or sub-section (3), as if he had been originally sentenced to detention in a Borstal School in this State.]
