16. Bar of Jurisdiction of Court.
- Save in so far as expressly provided in this Act, no [any Civil Court, Court of Co-operative Registrar and Revenue Court] [Substituted 'Civil or Revenue Court' by Bihar Act 13, 2007.] shall have any jurisdiction in respect of dispute concerning settlement of Jalkars.
