7. Meetings of the Board.
- The Board shall in general meet once in every six months. The Board shall also meet for transacting any special business which cannot be disposed off by circulation of papers or at the instance of Chairperson of the Board. Reasonable prior notice of every such meeting shall be given to all members by the Secretary.
