Section 10(5) in Telugu Language Development Authority of Andhra Pradesh (Constitution) Rules, 2018
(5)Any public servant who does not use Telugu as official language for his interaction with the public as prescribed by the Government, shall be punishable with a fine of upto ten thousand rupees;
