Section 23 in Kerala Consumer Protection Rules, 2005
23. Place of Sitting.
- Sitting of the State Commission shall be convened by the President. The sitting shall ordinarily be at the office of the State Commission, provided that sitting may also be convened at other centres also according to necessity.
