(4)The liabilities to pay pension and gratuity and accumulated superannuation fund or other like funds, to the person referred to in sub-section (1) shall be the liability of the Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, and Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya proportional to the length of service in Vishwavidyalaya's mentioned above.
