Section 2 in Rajasthan Public Procurement Rules, 2012
2. Applicability.
- These rules shall apply to the public procurement of goods, works and services by the procuring entities of all the departments of the State Government or their attached or subordinate offices. Other procuring entities may adopt these rules or continue to follow their rules, orders, codes, manual, bye-laws, official memoranda or circulars relating to procurement of goods, works or services in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act.
