Section 29(13) in Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
(13)Every mining lease or quarry licence shall have approved mine closure plan as a component of the approved mine plan or simplified mining scheme which shall be of two types, -(i)a progressive mine closure plan; and(ii)a final mine closure plan.
