- No shots shall be fired at any place belowground unless the place itself and all accessible places, including roof and sides, within a distance of 18 metres have been treated in the manner specified in clause (ii) of sub-regulation (3) of regulation 147 unless such places are naturally wet as defined in regulation 147.
