Section 87C(i) in The Orissa Factories Rules, 1950
(i)The duties of a certifying surgeon appointed under Subsection (1) of Section 10 of the Act shall comprise the examination of young persons desirous of being employed and the re-examination of young persons in respect of whom a notice under Section 75 has been served upon the manager of who desires to be re-employed. Certificate of age and fitness shall be given only to such young persons as are found qualified.
