                        K.Kannan, J. (Oral)

The revision is against the order permitting the plaintiffs to sue as indigent persons. The widow and children of the deceased have claimed compensation for death of the 1st plaintiff's husband when he was alleged to be working under the defendant. I do not think there is any scope for interference especially when there was no disclosure of any liquid assets or resources which could have enabled the plaintiffs to pay court fee. The petition allowing the plaintiffs to prosecute the suit as indigent persons is maintained and the civil revision is dismissed.
