Section 60(3) in The Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003
(3)The Fund shall be applied -(a)to implement programmes for the welfare and rehabilitation of juvenile or children;(b)to pay grant-in-aid to non-governmental organizations;(c)to meet the expenses of State Advisory Board and its purpose;(d)to do all other things that are incidental and conducive to the above purposes.
