131.
Except as regards property of the kind mentioned in the next succeeding rule, sales in execution of decrees of any Court shall be conducted in that Court by the Nazir or other officer of the Court in the immediate presence of the Presiding Officer. Where this is not possible the sales may be held in another place within the Court premises to be selected by the Presiding Officer. [G. L. 5/27]
