1. The respective counsel for the parties have been heard at some length.
2. During the course of hearing, respondent/Mr. Desh Raj Dhingra (who is present in Court today), categorically submits and undertakes that in terms of the settlement agreement dated 14.01.2014, no right in respect of the land referred to in the said settlement agreement, survives in his favour; the entire right, title and interest stand transferred in the name of the petitioner in terms thereof. This includes rights, title and interest in respect of the land falling under Rectangle No. 46 No. 9/2 admeasuring 4 kanal 0 Marla. The rights in respect of the said land are to be governed strictly in accordance with the terms of the settlement agreement dated 14.01.2014.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to take instructions.
