Instead, Mr. Bansal has sent a Peon working in his Office to represent him in Court who is unable to even comprehend what is going on in Court. The Advocate for the Plaintiff states that the Plaintiff shall file its Affidavit in Reply to the Notices of Motion Nos.500 of 2019 and 533 of 2019 taken out by the Defendant, within a period of one week from today.
