Section 196(2) in Andhra Pradesh Civil Rules of Practice and Circular Orders, 1980
(2)Immediately after the copies are delivered to the applicant concerned the entries relating thereto shall be struck off the list. The lists shall be retained for twelve months after which they shall be destroyed. As and when copies are delivered to the parties, appropriate entries shall be made in the list.
