Section 47(d) in The Punjab Betterment Charges and Acreage Rates Rules, 1955
(d)Translation thereof. - Every decision or order recorded in English shall be translated into Hindi or the current language of the locality, and the translation shall be authenticated by the signature of the appellate authority and filed with the proceedings.
