Section 37(b) in The Meghalaya Cinemas (Regulation) Rules
(b)Spittoons. - The cinema hall shall be provided with a sufficient number of spittoons in suitable paces for the use of the public. The spittoons shall contain a strong disinfectant and shall be emptied as often as necessary. Notice, for using such spittoons shall be displayed in permanent parts of the cinema.
