Section 31 in The Whistle Blowers Protection Act, 2014
31. Repeal and savings.—
(1)The Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) Resolution No. 371/12/2002-AVD-III dated the 21st April, 2004 as amended vide Resolution of even number, dated the 29th April, 2004 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Resolution be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
