Section 39(g) in The Jai Narain Vyas University Jodhpur Act, 1962
(g)all benefactions or grants accepted or received by or promised to the University shall be deemed to have been accepted or received by or promised to the University so re constituted, and all the conditions on which such benefications or grants were accepted or received or promised shall be deemed to be valid under this Act;
