/783In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (61 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to provide for terms and conditions of service of the Chairman and other Members of the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property constituted under section 68-N of the Act, namely:-| Brought into force from 29.5.1989. |
