1. Mr. Rai, learned senior counsel who appears for the petitioner says that talks for settling the dispute are on, therefore, the matter be stood over.
2. I am told by Ms. Payal Chandra, who, appears for the respondent company that the IRP, one i.e. Ms. Vandana Garg is also aware of the instant proceedings.
3. The Registry will dispatch a copy of the order passed today and also the future orders to the above named IRP at the address given below:-
"Jyoti Structure Limited, Valecha Chambers, 5th Floor, New Link Road, Oshiwara, Andheri (West), Mumbai-400053".

4. Accordingly, at request, renotify the matter on 16.07.2019.
