Patna High Court CWJC No.25473 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 4/4 Although the case has been listed under the heading "Orders on office notes" with office objection, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ application may be disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision in the light of the resolution contained in Letter No. 1530 dated 11.08.2015 read with resolution contained in Letter No. 1811 dated 22.09.2015.
State Counsel has no objection in this regard. Accordingly, the writ application is disposed of with direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision in the matter in the light of the aforesaid resolutions, as indicated above.
