Section 67(1) in Tripura Town and Country Planning Act, 1975
(1)The Board and every Planning Authority shall carry out such directions as may be issued from time to time by the State Government for the efficient administration of this Act and every Planning Authority shall also carry out such directions as may be issued from time to time by the Board for the purpose.
