(3)The [Presiding Officer] [Substituted vide O.G.E. No. 1106 dated 7.6.2008.] shall keep at each polling station sufficient number of ballot boxes, copies of the relevant part of the electoral roll, ballot papers, instruments for stamping the distinguishing mark on ballot papers and articles necessary for elector to mark the ballot papers.
