                               This revision coming on for admission this day, th e court passed the
                         following:
                                                          ORDER

The present civil revision was initially filed as Misc. Appeal, but on Signature Not Verified Signed by: PRASHANT BAGJILEWALE Signing time: 2/7/2023 11:19:34 AM 2 objection raised by the Registry, the same was converted into civil revision.

In the light of order passed in Civil Revision No.72/2023 dated 31.01.2023 (Smt. Sangeeta Namdeo and another vs. Indrapath @ Munna Yadav and others), the present civil revision is also not maintainable.

However, the Registry is directed to convert the Civil Revision into Misc. Appeal and to re-register the same accordingly.Certainly, the applicant has to pay the requisite court fee on the amount claimed in the misc. appeal.

A copy of this order passed today be retained in the present case.
