Section 14(1) in The Rajasthan Lokayukta and Up-Lokayuktas Act, 1973

(1)The Lokayukta may appoint, or authorise an UP-Lokayukta or any officer subordinate to the Lokayukta or an Up-Lokayukta to appoint, officers and other employees to assist the Lokayukta and the Up-Lokayuktas in the discharge of their functions under this Act.
