Issue notice to the writ petition as also stay application,
returnable within four weeks.
Copy of the petition be served on Mr. R.D. Rastogi, Additional
Solicitor General for UOI and Mr. P.C. Sharma, Adv. who usually
appears for the Railways.
As an interim measure the additional demand of revised fees
under demand dated 17.12.2019 shall remain in abeyance till the
next date.
List on 18.08.2020 along with S.B.C.W.P.Nos.19286/2018 &
2721/2020. Name of Mr. C.S. Sinha, assistant to Additional
Solicitor General for UOI and Mr. P.C. Sharma, Adv. be shown in
