Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith pay all the amounts due to the petitioner including the amounts admitted by the first respondent as per the Letter of the first respondent in Letter No.694/PW/EE/DB/YNM/2011-12/1294,  dated 23.10.2011 and not to terminate or allow the expiry of the contract subject matter of the above letter of the first respondent till all the dues are paid to the petitioner.

O R D E R

By an order dated 03.06.2014, the writ petition was directed to be listed under the caption for reporting compliance of the payment due to the petitioner under the contract.

2. Pursuant to the direction, an order in contempt petition No. 2665 of 2014 dated 28.10.2014 was passed, whereby the respondents had complied with the grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition.

3. In view of the above said order, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition, accordingly the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
