Section 5(2) in Tamil Nadu Poisons (Regulation of Possession and Sale) Rules, 2015
(2)Every application for renewal of a license shall be made within three months before the date of expiry of the license:Provided that any application for renewal of a license which is not made within the aforesaid period shall bear an additional court fee stamp of five hundred rupees.
