Section 87(1) in M.P. Industrial Relations Rules, 1961
(1)Before holding an enquiry under Section 95 the officer authorised under the said section shall indicate to the employer concerned particulars in respect of which the accuracy of the records maintained by him is to be verified and the officer shall allow him or his representative to be present during the inquiry if the employer to desires.
