(8)Khanapuri purcha prepared in Form-7 shall be served on the raiyat concerned or his near relative. However, if he declines to receive the purcha the same will be served on him by pasting it on the front gate of his house/wall. The person responsible for the service of the purcha, shall, as far as possible, obtain the signatures of the panchayat representative, village chowkidar and other local residents on the service report and the same shall be deemed to be a proper service of the Khanapuri purcha.
