1. The learned counsel for the parties state that they have effectively settled their disputes in terms of the Consent Terms signed between the parties on 13.07.2022. They state that a joint application would be filed before the learned Single Judge in CS(COMM) 327/2021 captioned Sotefin SA v. Indraprastha Cancer Society And Research Center & Ors..
2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present appeal be disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
