22. Grant of Duplicate of certificate of competency and permit to supervisors and certificates or permits to wireman.
- A duplicate of certificate of competency or permit of supervisor or certificate or permit of wireman shall be issued on payment of the prescribed fee and on production by the applicant of proof of the loss of the original certificate or permit to the satisfaction of Secretary together with two latest copies of the applicants bust photograph [51 x 6 milimeters] [Substituted by Notification No. 1281-5677-XIII-68, dated 5-4-1969.] (in case of permit only) one of which shall be signed by him.
