Section 33(5)(a) in Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955

(a)In a suit by a sub-mortgagee to recover the amount claimed on the sub-mortgage by sale of the mortgagee's interest in the mortgaged property, fee shall be computed on the amount claimed under sub-mortgage.
