Section 133(2) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(2)The cinematograph equipment shall be initially inspected by the Chief Electrical Inspector or an officer deputed by him who shall issue a certificate in Form 'D' which shall cease to be valid when the cinema apparatus is shifted to a location or premises different from the one for which the certificate was issued.
