(1)The Faculty shall consist of the Principal (who shall be its President) and such of the professors and other officials and functionaries of the college as may be appointed by the Council in accordance with by-laws made under section 14.(2)The Council shall from time to time prescribed and declare by order in writing the powers and duties of the Faculty, and may remove any member thereof.
