Section 7(1) in Tamil Nadu Irrigation Works (Construction of Field Bothies) Act, 1959
(1)No person shall, except in accordance with such rules as may be prescribed, do anything which obstructs or interferes or is likely to obstruct or interfere with the flow of water in any field bothy.
