Section 5(1) in Telangana Irrigation (Construction and Maintenance of Water Courses) Act, 1965
(1)The Revenue Divisional Officer shall, after giving notice to every person known or believed to be the [beneficiary and the owner of the land through which the watercourse is proposed to be taken] [Substituted by Act No. 8 of 1966.], pass such orders in respect of the proposed construction as he may deem necessary and the order so passed shall be published in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] Gazette.
