7. Salaries and allowances.
- The salaries and allowances payable to the non-official members of the Authority and administrative expenses including the salaries and allowances payable to the officers and other employees shall be paid in the manner as may be prescribed by the State Government out of the grants made to the Authority under this Act:Provided that the Authority shall be empowered to determine salaries and allowances as well as service conditions, eligibility conditions in case of contractual employees with the approval of the Government from time to time:Provided further that the Authority shall follow employment recruitment procedure framed by it and approved by the State Government from time to time.
