Section 10(1) in The Goa Industrial Development Act, 1965
(1)If the Chairman or any other [director] [Substituted by Amendment Act 10 of 1991.] of the Corporation is by reason of illness or otherwise rendered temporarily incapable of carrying out his duties, or is granted leave of absence by the State Government, or is otherwise unable to attend his duties in circumstance not involving the cessation of his [directorship] [Substituted by Amendment Act 10 of 1991.], the State Government may appoint another person to act for him and carry out his duties and functions by or under this Act. Such person shall vacate office on the date when the [director] [Substituted by Amendment Act 10 of 1991.] for whom he is acting resumes his duties.
