Section 11(a) in The Punjab Security of State Act, 1953
(a)the search of any place in which any Magistrate mentioned in that section has reason to believe that any offence under this Act or any act prejudicial to the security of the State or the maintenance of public order has been or is about to be, committed, or that preparation for the commission of any such offence or act is being made ;
