2. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs me that as against the impugned order dated 13.01.2017, an appeal has been preferred with the Joint Transport Commissioner, Chennai on 31.01.2017.
3. According to me, in these circumstances, the Writ Petition has been rendered infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
