Section 174(1) in The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964
(1)The Captain Naval Barracks shall submit to the Controller of Defence Accounts (Pensions), disability pension claims as soon as the medical board proceedings have been approved, and family pension claims as soon as possible after the receipt of the casualty report.
