Section 27(1) in The U.P. University of Medical Sciences, Saifai, Etawah Act, 2015
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act the teachers shall appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendation of a Selection Committee in the manner hereinafter provided. The Selection Committee shall meet as often as necessary.
