Section 8(1) in Orissa Specified Foodstuffs (Licensing and Storage Control) Order, 2008

(1)Every Dealer shall make an application for renewal of the licence within a period of 30 days before the date of expiry of the licence to the licensing authority in the form specified in Schedule-II together with the fee specified by the State Government.
