Section 323(1) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(1)Every Panchayat/Panchayat Samiti shall exhibit on a notice board placed at a conspicuous place at its headquarters, the details of construction works sanctioned and executed during the five years along with its estimate and amount actually spent.
