Section 336 in The Jammu and Kashmir State Ranbir Penal Code, 1989
336. Act endangering life or personal safety of others.
- Whoever does any act so rashly or negligently as to endanger human life of the personal safety of others, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees, or with both.
